How to Order
You can shop at Kitchen Baron online 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Our prices are listed and purchases are charged in Canadian Dollars. We accept MasterCard, Visa and paypal for payments. If you have any questions about making a purchase, contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your name, contact information and query, and one of our team members will get back to you.
At Kitchen Baron, we ship orders by Canada Post or courier. We do our best to ship your order within 1-2 business days unless otherwise indicated on the Shipping Details of the product page. This does not including shipping time, which varies based on the type of shipping service you choose and your location.
For U.S. orders, shipping times range from 7-10 business days. All orders to the U.S. are provided with a full tracking number so you can track your shipment.
Please ensure your shipping information and contact information is complete upon checkout. If your order is received with an incorrect shipping method or charge, we will contact you to resolve the discrepancy prior to shipping your order.
Please contact us immediately if you receive a package with damaged contents or if you have not received your order between 10-14 days after your shipping confirmation with tracking number has been sent to you.
FREE SHIPPINGReceive FREE shipping on orders over $90.00 CDN before taxes to Canadian addresses, except to addresses in the Northwest Territories, Yukon or Nunavut and other areas as listed here. At this time, we are unable to offer this promotion on shipping to non-Canadian addresses.
Our Customer Satisfaction Guarantee & Return PolicyAt kitchenbaron.com, we want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, you may return your purchase within 30 days of the purchase date for a replacement or refund of the product purchase price. Shipping costs, final sale items and perishable food items are non-refundable. To start the return process, simply follow the instructions below.
How do I make a return?Please send us an e-mail at email@example.com with your name, contact information, order # and the reason for your return. Once we receive your e-mail, we will contact you with a Return Authorization number (RA#) and return shipping label. Please note that returns can only be processed once a proper RA# is issued. Depending on the reason for your return, you may be responsible for return shipping.
All products (both defective and non-defective) must be returned in their original purchase condition, with all parts, in the original packing material you received it in.
Any gift item shipped to you may be returned for merchandise credit.
What if my product is defective?Please notify us immediately if you receive a defective or damaged product. We will be happy to replace your defective or damaged product for you within the 30-day period. Just contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your name, contact information, order # and the details of the defect or damage. A photograph of the damaged product may be requested. For certain products with a manufacturer's warranty, you may be required to contact the manufacturer directly as instructed on the product packaging or user manual.
